The daily resetyour gut actuallyneeds.
Real clinical doses, not a mystery blend. Five actives, each at the amount used in published research — printed on the back of every pouch.

Beats bloat
Fiber, a named strain and ginger working on the same problem from three directions.
Balanced gut, daily
Built for a daily cadence, because that's how the research was run.
6g prebiotic fiber
Sunfiber® PHGG. Dissolves clear, no gel, no grit.
Keeps you moving
Motility and post-meal comfort, not a laxative.
Strawberry Hibiscus
Bright strawberry with a floral hibiscus finish.
Same formula in every flavor — 6g of prebiotic fiber, zero sugar, no apple-cider tang. Just add water and shake.

What's actually in it
Five actives. Every one named, every one dosed at the level used in published research. Open a card to see the dose and the study behind it.
Partially hydrolyzed guar gum — a soluble fiber that feeds the bacteria you already have instead of adding bulk. It dissolves clear, has no taste, and doesn't gel in the glass.
Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 — a spore-forming strain, so it survives a warm shelf and stomach acid without refrigeration. Named strain, not “probiotic blend.”
A deglycyrrhizinated licorice root extract (DGL) standardised for flavonoids. It's the active behind the “heaviness after eating” part of the formula.
Ginger is in here as a motility ingredient, not a flavor note — it speeds gastric emptying, the rate at which food leaves the stomach.
Artichoke leaf supports bile flow, which is how the body handles fat digestion. Our final milligram figure is being locked with the manufacturer — we'd rather show it blank than round it up.
Full supplement facts are printed on the back panel of every pouch.
Most of the category hides the dose.

Typical bloat capsules
Typical greens powders
Anyone whose stomach has opinions.
Supergut wasn't built for a demographic. It was built for a problem — the afternoon bloat, the heaviness after a big meal, the week your digestion goes quiet on you.
Bloat first. Then everything else.
Three weeks in and the 4pm bloat that I'd just accepted as normal is basically gone.
I read the back panel before buying, which I have literally never done with a supplement.
Regular. Predictable. Boring in the best possible way.

The formula works on a daily cadence — the studies behind it ran for 30 to 90 days. A subscription is just the honest way to buy it.

Straight answers
A capsule usually gives you bacteria and nothing to feed them. Supergut pairs a named strain with 6g of prebiotic fiber plus three plant actives for comfort and motility — the fiber is the part most bloat capsules can't fit into a pill.
PHGG is unusually gentle among fibers because it ferments slowly and doesn't gel. Some people still notice a settling-in period in the first few days — if that's you, start with half a stick for a week.
Zero sugar, and no apple cider vinegar. ACV is a common shortcut in this category for tang and perceived potency; we left it out because the evidence for it on bloating is thin and the taste is a daily-habit killer.
The trials behind these actives ran 30 to 90 days, and that's the honest answer. Post-meal comfort from the DGL and ginger tends to be noticed first; regularity changes from the fiber and strain build over weeks, not days.
Because it isn't final. The artichoke figure is being confirmed with our manufacturer and will be printed on the pouch and this page the day it's locked. Blanks are better than rounded guesses.
